Dear Dr. Batastini:
Just a short note of thank you, Dr. Paul
and Dr. Frank for all the courtesies you extended to me during
my first two visits.
Going to an Orthodontist is not one of
my top five social activites, but I have to tell you that the
ambiance you have created in your "office" with the
most pleasant and courteous staff, makes a visit with you comfortable
and rewarding.
I sincerely appreciate Frank and Paul who
were both very kind and informative with me explaining options
and potential solutions.
I had heard from JoAnn what a pleasure
it has been to go to an appointment at Batastini Orthodontics,
always on time, friendly, caring, and efficient. Now having experienced
the Batastini touch myself, I want to pass on my congratulations
not only to great Doctors, but a fine organization as well.
Your sincerely,
George J. Wolf
Dear Dr. Batastini,
On August 12th, my daughter's braces inexplicably
broke while we were vacationing in the United States. Since our
own orthodontist was a good 12,000 miles away in Manama, Bahrain,
we contacted your office to see whether one of your personnel
could somehow make room in the schedule to see Alexis. Your office
responded very quickly and helpfully, and gave us an appointment
the same day. When we arrived at your office - ten minutes early
- Alexis was immediately seen by orthodontist therapist named
Sheryl. Sheryl was extraordinarily kind - according to Alexis
- and efficient. She quickly fixed the broken brace to ensure
that Alexis could not be harmed and sent us on our way - BEFORE,
the scheduled time for our appointment even arrived! Then when
I tried to pay, I was told there was no charge! That was almost
as great a surprise as the efficiency and kindness we were shown
by Sheryl and the rest of the staff at your office.
Needless to say, your staff's helpfulness
ensured that our vacation was not ruined and my daughter was not
injured. For the latter, especially, I would like to take this
opportunity to thank all of you, particularly Sheryl, for helping
us.
Sincerely,
Joseph A. Mussomeli
Deputy Chief of Mission
Hello Dr. Batastini,
In the early 1980's, our son, Steve, was
a patient in your Cherry Hill Office. Today he is a wonderful
guy 27 years old who graduated from Marist College, Poughkeepsie,
NY, with a degree in Public Relations. He now resides in Roanoke,
VA, and is a co-host/field anchor with WDBJ7 TV on the 'Mornin
Show from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. weekdays. He does human interest stories
(sort of the Don Pollack of Roanoke). He recently proposed to
his girlfriend, Nicole, while up in a hot air balloon, and they
plan to marry
next summer.
When my husband and I travel to Roanoke
and get to see him on air, invariably one of us comments on his
terrific smile and great-looking teeth, and that it was money
well spent!!!
You can reach Steve via email at spardon@wdbj7.com.
You can also see a current publicity picture of him online at
www.wdbj7.com. Then click on WDBJ7 Newsrooms, click on NEWS7 at
the top of the page, click on Anchor Profiles, and finally click
on Steve Pardon.
I'm sure that you are proud of all of your
former and current patients. Just thought you would like to hear
the success story of one.
Best wishes to you and your staff as you
continue to help people, young and old, to have winning smiles.
Sincerely,
Mary Pardon
Dear Dr. Batastini,
On behalf of myself and the Cherry Hill
Fire Departrment, I wish to extend our appreciation to you and
your organization for the generous donation given as a sponsor
for our Dedication Ceremony.
The Ceromony was well attended and the
event was enjoyed by all. Thank you again for your support and
generosity.
